GLOSSYBOX BIRTHDAY BOX UNBOXING

Hello, my lovelies!

During lockdown, I really have rediscovered my love for all things for beauty, whether it may watching YouTube videos or purchasing products that I’ve always wanted to try. Following this, I also made the decision to subscribe to the much-loved Glossybox beauty box service.

After weeks of excitement, I received my first box on the day of my 24th birthday, to which funnily enough this also coincided with Glossybox’s birthday! The box is filled with an array of iconic beauty products, and today I wanted to share an unboxing of it with you all. I hope you enjoy!

Glossybox Skincare Eye Boost Cream (Subscriber price: £16, RRP, £20)

The first full-sized product I pulled out the box is actually a part of Glossybox’s newly released skincare collection! With an indulgent formula of elderflower and red seaweed extract, this eye cream is perfect for banishing those dark circles and fine lines.

Molton Brown Delicious Rhubarb & Rose Bath & Shower Gel (Deluxe Mini RRP: £7.33, Full-Size RRP: £22)

I’m such a sucker for a luxurious shower gel, so when I spied this one from Molton Brown I was so excited! With a heavenly scent of rhubarb leaf, rose and grapefruit, this indulgent product can be used as both a bodywash and a bath soak, making it perfect for those much-needed pamper evenings! Plus, due to its deluxe mini size, it’s also ideal for traveling!

Brushworks HD Wonder Complexion Sponge (RRP: £5.49)

A beauty sponge always comes in handy! From the beloved brand, Brushworks, this multi-use sponge can be used to apply both liquid products and powders and is sure to give you a flawless finish.

Steve Laurent Vogue Lip Liner (RRP: £12.09)

Lip liner is not something that I use too often, but this one from Steve Laurent may just end up making its way into my everyday makeup routine! With a creamy long-lasting formula, this one is in the shade ‘Vogue’, which is a beautiful berry pink.

Huda Beauty Demi Matte Cream Lipstick in Sheikha (RRP: £18)

Of course, I had to save the best till last! Huda Beauty is a brand that I have wanted to try for so long, so when I found out that this was going to be in the box, I was so excited! Similar to the lip liner, this one is in a stunning berry tone, making it perfect for the upcoming Autumn season. I can’t wait to feature this in future makeup looks!

Box Cost: £8.50 (plus shipping) Box Value: £62.91

Overall, I am very impressed by the contents of my first box, seeing as box costs so little! I’m also so excited to try each product, and can’t wait to feature them in my upcoming blogposts and across my social media channels.

Thank you for reading,

Lots of love,

Hannah, x
