‘It’s beginning to look at like Christmas, everywhere you go’. Especially at The Body Shop, where you can find a variety of splendid gifts and festive fuelled scents. To which, I was kindly invited down by the lovely girls at the Intu Metrocentre store for an afternoon of Christmas pampering, a showcase of this year’s gifting range as well as picking up some of my favourite products from their Christmas collection, and I just had to share them within you all!
Beginning with their incredible Berry Bon Bon range, this juicy seasonal scent of winter berries, enriched with cranberry seed oil is quite simply heavenly! For the perfect festive duo, I picked up the Berry Bon Bon Shower Gel and the Berry Bon Bon Body Butter, when combining these two together your skin feels cleansed and nourished, and the scent certainly fills you up with festive cheer! The Berry Bon Bon range also features the beautiful shimmer mist, which not only smells divine but adds a touch of sparkle to your décolletage, and is certainly a must-have for all those Christmas parties!
If you’re a fan of something a little sweeter, their Peppermint Candy Cane scent is perfect for waking you up on those brisk winter mornings. The range once again includes a shower gel and a body butter, as well as luxurious hand-cream and an adorable reindeer bath bomb! The Body Shop’s hand-creams and bath bombs are perfect for popping into a stocking, alongside their Freddie the Fox Hair Wrap.
Alongside their array of bath and body products, the Christmas collection also includes a beautiful variety of makeup products. Of course, I immediately gravitated the glossy nude lip products! I picked up the Sparkling Colour Crush Lipstick in Champagne Dusk and the Shine Lip Liquid in Apple Taffy. The formula of both these products is so smooth and creamy, and when paired together they create the ultimate nude lip with a touch of sparkle!
Finally I picked up the Drops of Light Pure Resurfacing Liquid Peel, which is available all year round. I was informed that this liquid exfoliator would be perfectly suited to my skin, and would banish my blemishes and scars! After cleansing my skin, I apply the product to my face and it instantly begins to remove my dry skin and unclog my pores. I will certainly be picking up more from the range!
