Get that Summer Glow with the L’Oreal Paris!

Hello, my Lovelies!

If you are a reoccurring reader of my blog you will know that my all-time favourite Drugstore brand is L’Oreal Paris. With new releases every week, I am always blown away their high-quality products, in particular, their vast array of face products, to which I use their True Match foundation everyday!

After being such a huge fan of the brand for a number of years, I was overjoyed when I was gifted their entire Summer collection, thanks to Pretty Little Thing, as you can now purchase L’Oreal from their site!

With everything you need to create the ultimate summer glow, I wanted to show you how I’ve been incorporating some of my favourite products from the new collection into my go-to bronzed goddess makeup routine! I hope you enjoy!

After priming my skin, I began by mixing together the Bonjour Nudista Skin Tint in Light and Medium Light and the L’Oreal Paris True Match Liquid Foundation in Golden Ivory  and applying them with my beauty sponge to create a flawless full coverage base. I then highlighted and concealed before moving onto to applying the rest of my liquid highlight and bronzer.

For my liquid bronzer, I applied the Bonjour Sunshine Liquid Bronzer with a stippling brush to the low points of my face to create a subtle contour, before applying the Glow Mon Amour Highlighting Drops in Champagne to add a golden iridescent sheen to my skin. I then applied a light layer of translucent powder to my entire face to ensure my liquid base stayed in place, before applying my powder bronzer, blush and highlight!

For my bronze smokey eye, I used an array of brown toned matte shadows from the Revolution Life on the Dance Floor VIP Eyeshadow Palette,  using the same shades to smoke out my bottom lashline. I then added a dash of rose gold sparkle using the NYX Shimmer Down Eyeshadow Pigment in Nude.  To complete my eye look I created a large cat-eye flick, as well as applying several coats of mascara and my new favourite Eylure Fleur de Force Lashes in the style Fully Fleur.

To complete the rest of my face, I applied the Back to bronze Matte Bronzing Powder, which has quickly become my holy grail bronzer as it add’s the perfect amount of golden glow to the skin without looking too ashy or orange. I then added a flush of colour to my cheeks using the Life’s a Peach Blush , to which I’ve found the subtle hint of peach on my cheeks really does make my green eyes pop! To complete my golden glow, I applied the shades ‘Sundust’ and ‘Blazing Gold’ from the Sunset Glow Highlighting Powder Palette to the high points of my face, and I have to say I am OBSESSED with the overall look of my base!

For my glossy neutral lip I used my go-to Nude lip trio; Color Riche Lip Liner Couture in Beige, Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick in Be My Baby and the Infallible Lip Gloss Disco Ball

For a finishing touch, I applied the same glow drops to my shoulders, chest and collarbones!
