Hello, my Loves x

We are now three posts into my ‘The Best of’ makeup series, to which I have previously shared with you all ‘The Best of’ Base Products and The Best of Makeup Series : Brows’ To which today I bring you the fourth and final instalment of the series, which is all about eye products, including eyeshadows, eyeshadow base and liquid liner!

The Eyeshadow Palette

I will never be able to fault UD’s shadows, and the all matte has ‘Naked Ultimate Basics’ Eyeshadow Palette become a staple in my collection. I use a mixture of ‘Blow’ and ‘Pre-Game’ to set my eye primer, before blending ‘Faith’ and ‘Lockout’ into my crease, and if I want to add a little more definition I will apply ‘Extra Bitter’ into my outer corner. The shadows blend seamlessly together, or when combined with other shadows. The pigmentation is also fantastic!

The Single Shadows

The NYX Hot Singles Eye Shadows are the best drugstore eyeshadows from the drugstore, to which I have the shades, Showgirl and Heat Chaleur. Although I still reach for the Ultimate Basics for my matte crease shades, I have been applying these single eyeshadows to the centre of my eyelids. I have been blown away by the pigmentation, and how although they may be shimmer shades I do not have to apply them with a damp flat brush to get a decent amount of product on my lid. I can’t wait to pick up more from the range!

The Mascara

One of my pet peeves with mascara is when it flakes and falls onto my face, which the Max Factor Luxe Collection Masterpiece Max Mascara in Black certainly does not do. It adds life to my limp lashes, and is the blackest of the black! I will most certainly be repurchasing it until I find something better! Which in my opinion might be impossible!

The Eyeshadow Primer

I buff the Essence I Love Colour Intensifying Eyeshadow Base onto my eyelid with my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge, in my opinion, this is the best eyeshadow primer on the market, as it dries instantly and allows you to easily blend any shadow that is applied. I use this with both my lower end and high-end eyeshadows, and they all blend seamlessly and increases the pigmentation of every shadow

The Liquid Liner

You will all be aware that can never be without my classic wing, and the Collection Extreme 24Hr Felt Tip Liner in Black is my favourite liquid liner to create it with. It is so easy to work with as it has a felt tip nib. and I now believe I am liquid liner pro! It has the best extreme black pigmentation combined with the perfect amount of longevity.

Thank you for Reading,

Lots of Love,

Hannah, x
