We are now two posts into my ‘The Best of’ makeup series, to which I have previously shared with you all ‘The Best of’ Base Products. To which today I bring you the third instalment of the series, which is all about brow products, including brow pomades, powders and gels. I hope you enjoy!
The Brow Pencil
When it comes fill in my brows with a pencil, which I have to admit I don’t do so very often, I always prefer one of a soft wax consistency. The angle of the L’Oreal Paris Brow Artist Xpert in Cool Brunette allows me to create the illusion of soft natural brow hairs, whilst still having defined brows. If you are a fan of the Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil, just like I am, this is the perfect high street dupe!
The Brow Pomade
The L’Oreal Brow Artist Pomade in Dark Blonde 103 is the only brow pomade in my collection so I can not confirm whether or not this the best pomade on the makeup market, although the thing I love the most about this product is how travel-friendly it is. As within the lid of the product, is the perfect brow brush, that allows you to finely and precisely fill in my brows, creating a naturally shaped brow. I must also point out how fantastic the shade range is within the pomades, and this shade is the perfect one for all you brunettes!
The Brow Powder
I prefer to fill my brows in with a powder, as I find that this way the longevity of my brows and it also the quickest way! My favourite brow powder out all the ones I own and the one I reach for the most is the Freedom Duo Eyebrow Powder in Dark Brown. To which, I begin by applying the darker powder from the middle to the tip of my brow and the lighter powder at the beginning of my brow in order to create the effect of natural fuller brows.
The Brow Gel
My all-time favourite brow gel is the Benefit ready, set, BROW! Clear Brow Gel to which my favourite thing about this brow gel is the applicator! As the wand applicator is flat made from a flexible plastic, which ensures all the tiny bristles grab each brow hair to make sure you have perfectly shaped and defined brows. It applies an even coating of gel throughout your brows, allowing your brows too look perfect all day!
