St.Tropez Self Tan Untinted Bronzing Mousse : Review

Hello, my Loves x

A few weeks ago I posted a photo of the St.Tropez Self Tan Untinted Bronzing Mousse on my Instagram, and many of my followers were intrigued to find out how it works as this false tan actually applies clear! I have applied the tan twice now and I have been completely blown away by the results, especially because of its unique untinted formula.

Before applying the mousse, I shower and use the Rimmel Sunshimmer Pre-Tan Exfoliator (which has now sadly been discontinued) to remove the previous layer of fake tan and any dry skin. I then apply one layer of the tan, and as this applies clear, if you have missed out any areas, I will then apply a second layer, and wash off the tan the next morning. The tan suggests that you leave it for 4-8 hours before you wet your skin, but I quite simply fill in the patches after the first layer has had time to develop, in order to stop colour build up.

I love how the tan doesn’t have the horrible biscuity smell, and how it does not transfer heavily onto your bed sheets, which are my pet peeves when it comes to false tanning. I am also not a fan of looking overly dark, so the natural healthy glow that you are left with is quite simply gorgeous!

The results of the tan magically last for 10 days, and I keep my tan looking flawless by exfoliating and moisturising!

RRP: £26.00

What is your favourite false tan?

Thank-you for reading

 lots of love
