Four Summer Makeup Must-haves

Today I am bringing you my summer makeup must-haves! Personally, I adore summer beauty, especially when it comes to switching up my everyday makeup look, as I find I can experiment with bright punchy lip colours, whilst still keeping my dewy radiant base.  I assure you that over the summer season there will be a handful of new beauty favourites, but I wanted, to begin with, these fabulous four. I hope you enjoy!

Primark PS Bronze Moisturising Shimmer Oil

I know this isn’t technically a makeup product, but it’s most certainly a summer staple. For someone who always applies fake tan, I like to add a little glow to my decolletage as although it may sound a little weird, my collarbones are one of my favourite features. I apply the oil with my fingers, but I feel as though If I applied the product with a beauty sponge that the application of the oil would apply evenly and create more of a natural glow. I would highly suggest you pick this up on your next Primark trip!

Rimmel Wake Me Up Makeup Foundation in Light Porcelain

I remember when Zoella used to adore this foundation, and now I do too! Wake Me Up’s anti-fatigue effect makes my skin look fresh and dewy, as it has a subtle iridescent sheen which I absolutely adore! Although I love the natural dewy finish of this foundation, by applying the product using the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge this still allows me to have an airbrushed full coverage finish.

 The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer Highlighter 

My holy grail highlight! Although sadly I have hit pan on the Mary Lou, I will most certainly be repurchasing this for the summer. It adds the perfect golden pearlescent glow to the high points of my face, it also doesn’t melt into my make up or break up throughout the day, I just glow like a goddess!

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick in Peach Club

I may have found my new favourite liquid lipsticks, and they most certainly are velvety! They are long lasting and don’t melt off in the heat as well feeling creamy on the lips. This is my punchy lip colour of the season, Peach Club is the perfect peachy coral, I’m just obsessed!
