Hello, my Lovelies!
As you will all know my beauty resolution for this year is try out different brands and products, whether be from recommendations, or products that I’ve never heard of before. I am applying this resolution to every category of beauty, including haircare, skincare, and of course make-up! Here are a few of my current favourites:
Avon Skin So Soft Original Dry Oil Spray
I am also on a mission to take better care of my skin this year, as well as having a strong facial skincare routine, I also applying a body butter, or body oil twice a day. One of my most recent discoveries are the dry oil sprays from Avon, and by applying the oil twice a day my skin has never felt better, as well as making it easier to shave and fake tan. I also love how they come in a spray bottle, as they are travel-friendly and you are able to apply an even amount, which stops your skin from feeling greasy.
RRP: £5.00
Botanics All Bright Refreshing Eye Roll-On
After discovering Boots Botanics skincare early last year, I was impressed by how good of a quality the products were, whilst having such a low budget price. So when I was browsing the counter, I stumbled upon their refreshing eye roll on, and after having reactions to the majority of eye creams on the market or never being impressed by them, I’ve finally discovered one I love!
Once again the product is travel-friendly and quick to apply with the roller ball instead of applying the product with your fingers. I apply the roll on twice a day, and I’ve discovered that my eye area looks brighter every day, and my concealer looks a lot more seamless and blends like a dream! I will most certainly be repurchasing.
RRP: £2.50
Schwarzkopf got2b Mind Blowing Xpress Dry Styling Spray
Onto haircare, and a product that has transformed my blow drying routine! I apply the product on towel dried, applying it the lengths of my hair, and paired with the Arconic Curved Paddle Brush the whole of my hair is dried within 10 minutes!
The spray allows you to have a faster blow dry, whilst acting as a heat protectant and detangling and conditioning my hair, which is most certainly does! My hair feels so much softer, silkier as well as looking shiny, and my curls are lasting so much longer between washes.
RRP: £4.19
Max Factor Masterpiece MAX Mascara in Black
I discovered this mascara as part of a Max Factor free gift, and It’s replaced my Maybelline Lash Sensational in my My Spring Everyday Makeup Bag. One of my pet peeves with mascara is when it flakes and falls onto my face, which this mascara certainly does not do. It adds life to my limp lashes, and is the blackest of the black!
RRP: £9.99
L’Oréal Paris True Match Foundation in Linen
I finally have a new favourite drugstore foundation, in the form of one the most hyped products on the internet. L’oreal True Match, allows me to have a full coverage and flawless finish, whilst feeling light on my skin, and the shade linen is the perfect match for my fair skin.
Although the foundation has a thick liquid consistency, when using my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion sponge, it creates a flawless dewy finish on my skin, which is perfect for the current season.
RRP: £9.99
