MUR Vivid Baked Highlighter in Rose Gold Lights Review

Hello, my Lovelies! Back in June, I wrote a post all about my love for the MUR Blushers and Highlighters, which you can read here. When MUR announced they were releasing new Vivid Baked Highlighters,  and  I discovered the new shade was  called ‘Rose Gold Lights‘ I searched every single one of my local MUR counters in order to pick it up.

The pigmentation of this highlighter is just as beautiful as the other highlighters in the range. With a golden shimmer running through the highlighter it makes for a very subtle highlighter, but in my opinion, I would personally use it as a blusher during the A/W seasons. If applied with a duo fibre or stippling brush, it would a create a stunning rosy flush to the cheeks.

When swatching highlighter collection, I realised that this is actually a dupe for pink toned highlighter featured in MUR’s  ‘Hot Spice’ Ultra Blush Palette. Also even though this is a powder highlighter, it doesn’t break up your makeup and also leaves you a glow that lasts all day long! With the retail price of just £3, I highly recommend that you pick this up on your next Superdrug trip, especially if you are a rose gold lover like myself!
